Slime Strike Force Privacy Policy

1. Scope and Age Requirement

This policy applies to the Slime Strike Force Android app provided by Koofy Lab.

Slime Strike Force is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 must not use the app. Where local law requires parental or guardian consent for a minor, the user must obtain that consent.

2. Account, Server, and Device Information

When the app first starts, Firebase Authentication automatically creates an anonymous account. Users may optionally connect a Google account. Google sign-in may process a Firebase user ID (UID), email address, display name, and authentication information.

Permanent game progress is stored in a user-specific Firebase Cloud Firestore account to prevent abuse and support restoration across devices. The app may retain a display cache of server state, settings, and battle-resume information on the device.

• Tutorial, stage, difficulty, battle state, and reward records
• Character and skill unlocks, equipment, levels, in-game resources, and items
• Daily and monthly quests, attendance rewards, and shop activity
• Device-stored language, sound, vibration, notification, consent, and battle-resume settings
• App version, device and operating-system information, Firebase installation identifiers, access, error, crash, and feature-use events

3. Information Processed by Advertising Services

The app uses Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads to provide optional rewarded advertisements. Advertising providers may process the following information for ad delivery, reward verification, frequency management, measurement, fraud prevention, and security.

• Device identifiers such as advertising identifiers
• IP address, device model, operating system, language, country, or approximate location
• App version and ad request, impression, click, completion, and reward events
• Diagnostic information such as errors, crashes, and network status
• Personalized advertising consent, opt-out, or age-restriction signals

4. Remote Content Delivery

The app may download certain game resources, such as images and audio, through Unity Addressables and Unity Cloud Content Delivery (CCD).

During this process, Unity may process IP address, request time, app, device, network, and download information for delivery, security, diagnostics, and service operations.

5. Information You Provide

If you contact us by email, your email address, message, and any information you attach may be processed to respond, investigate errors, and improve the service.

6. Purposes of Processing

• Authenticating anonymous or Google accounts, saving progress, and restoring it across devices
• Providing rewarded ads and verifying rewards
• Downloading and updating remote game content
• Checking app integrity through Firebase App Check and preventing abuse
• Operating features through Remote Config, analyzing use through Analytics, and resolving errors through Crashlytics
• Responding to inquiries and meeting legal obligations

7. Service Providers and International Transfers

Koofy Lab does not sell personal information. Google LLC (Firebase, Google sign-in, and Play Integrity), Unity Technologies (Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and CCD), and their infrastructure or advertising partners may process information as necessary to operate the app.

Game-server data in Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions is configured in the Seoul region (asia-northeast3). Firebase Authentication and other Google or Unity services may process information in the United States and other countries where the providers operate facilities.

8. Retention and Deletion

The server account and game progress are retained while the account remains active. A request made through Settings > Delete Account starts an automated deletion of the Firebase authentication account and its account-scoped game data.

Limited receipts and security records needed to prevent duplicate rewards and abuse may be retained for up to 90 days after account-data deletion and then deleted. Removal from Firebase backup systems may take additional time under the provider's policy.

Device settings and battle-resume caches are removed when app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Uninstalling the app alone does not automatically delete the server account.

Inquiry emails are retained for a reasonable period needed to handle the inquiry or disputes and are then deleted, unless retention is required by law.

Information processed by third-party services is retained and deleted according to each provider's policy.

9. User Rights, Account Deletion, and Consent Changes

Where applicable, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent.

You can request deletion of the account and associated game data through Settings > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email the address below with the app name and your deletion request; we will provide instructions after appropriate identity verification.

Device data can be removed through operating-system app-data controls. Privacy and advertising choices can be reviewed in the app's privacy settings, and related requests may also be sent to the email below.

10. Children and Minors

Koofy Lab does not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If we learn that such information has been processed, we will take reasonable steps to verify and delete it.

Users aged 13 or older may still be treated as children or minors under local law. Where required, age-restricted advertising, parental consent, or other local protections may apply.

11. Security

Koofy Lab applies reasonable technical and administrative safeguards against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or alteration. No internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy when app features, SDKs, laws, or store policies change. Material changes will be announced on this page or through an appropriate in-app method.
